Our goal is to take care of your property in the same way that we take care of our own. Our mission is to commercialize and manage your property in the most profitable and professional way possible.
The “XONAR RENTALS” project was born from an owner’s need to have someone confidently manage their vacation home ensuring that a high-quality guest experience was maintained, while maximizing revenue.
It all started in 2013 with a beautiful home in Silves called “CASA XONAR” and it is from here that the name Xonar Rentals was born. In Portuguese, the word “xonar” means to rest, relax and dream; exactly what we want our guests to experience when choosing to stay at a Xonar Rentals property.

We have been managing tourist accommodation since 2013 and we are extremely proud of the number of new properties we have acquired during this time.
Our reputation for quality, loyalty, and an ability to resolve problems quickly has led to many property owners recommending our services. We have also been encouraged to extend our tourist accommodation services to include the area of property holiday rentals.
Xonar Rentals manages properties across a wide coastal area of the Algarve from Carvoeiro to Ferragudo and inland as far as the ancient city of Silves.

Our Experience
We met while studying hotel management at the university of the Algarve in Faro. Since graduating in 1994, we have held management positions at hotels in Portugal and the UK, we have an extensive knowledge of the inner workings of hospitality. We believe that our qualifications and professional experience, combined with our familiarity as residents of the area, has driven the growth of our business and contributed to the success of Xonar Rentals.
Striving for excellence, our goal is to ensure that we represent a modest number of exceptional dream homes rather than a large quantity of properties. We reflect this with our purpose statement that reads “Xonar homes to dream for ….”.
